TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL
The GFL2010 is organized by Sportclub Flugsicherung Zürich, which is NOT a professional travel agency. More precisely, the GFL is organized by OC GFL2010, whichmeans that the work is done by a few members of Sportclub Flugsicherung Zürich in their spare time.
We do our best to organize this event in a optimal way  but we also expect you to use your common sense in all situations and don’t make any unfair demands. This way we can all enjoy this beautiful event, and make it last for many years to come.
Registration to and participation at the GFL is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. Please make sure that you are well insured against all risks that can occure on a holyday event like this.
Due to the nature of the entertainment and social activities at the GFL we suggest a participant’s minimum age of 16.
During the races the use of a helmet is obligatory. No exceptions are allowed.
We strongly advise you to bring your own.

CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
You can sign up for GFL2010 by e-mail to OC GFL2010 (deadline is May 31, 2009).
Your mail is an offer to Sportclub Flugsicherung Zürich to enter into the contract.
For the contract to be concluded, the acceptance of Sportclub Flugsicherung Zürich is required. With your mail to us you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.

PAYMENT
Final payment is due 77 days prior to travel date. Upon the expiration of such date the participant will be in default without being reminded thereof by OC GFL2010.
If the participant is in default, Sportclub Flugsicherung Zürich may withdraw from the contract without further proceedings.

CANCELLATION
You can withdraw from the contract at any time in written form.
Your cancellation notice is effective upon receipt by the OC GFL2010.

Following cancellation fees per person are applied:

-       cancellation until July 31, 2009                 CHF 230.00
-       cancellation until October 31, 2009         CHF 1000.00
-       cancellation after October 31, 2009        100 % of the total price

RESPONSIBILITY
Sportclub Flugsicherung Zürich acts only as an agent for the participants and cannot be held responsible for services provided by hotels or any other suppliers.
The participant agrees that Sportclub Flugsicherung Zürich shall not be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death and property loss), or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any suppler providing services, any insurer or any other person.
Sportclub Flugsicherung Zürich is only liable for unlawful intent or gross negligence. Any other liability is excluded. Any liability for auxiliary persons is also excluded.

LEGAL DISPUTE
For any legal dispute, Swiss law and jurisdiction (court of Bülach) applies.
